01Tempo and these terms

These terms govern use of Tempo’s scheduling software by account holders, workspaces and booking visitors. By using Tempo, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you use it on behalf of a business, you must have authority to do so. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not waived by these terms.

Tempo provides scheduling tools. The workspace receiving a booking, rather than Tempo, supplies the consultation, massage, meeting or other booked service. The workspace’s own service terms, cancellation rules and privacy information may also apply.

02Accounts and workspace access

Provide accurate account information, protect your password and account links, and use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for notifying Tempo of suspected misuse.

Workspace owners and admins manage permissions, staff assignments, public information and settings. Manual staff records do not create Tempo login accounts. Do not share private customer records or management links with unauthorized people.

03Bookings and your responsibilities

Tempo lets workspaces publish availability and service options, accept bookings, and manage rescheduling and cancellation. Hosts must keep availability, duration, pricing, location and staff information accurate. Customers must provide a usable email address and check the appointment’s timezone and details.

A displayed service price does not mean Tempo has collected payment. Booking confirmation reserves an appointment in Tempo; it does not guarantee that the business will perform the service or that an external calendar, conferencing provider, or email service has completed an update. Contact the business about service delivery, payment, refunds, lateness or no-shows.

Keep your private management link secure. Rescheduling depends on current availability. Cancelling releases the reserved time but does not itself decide whether a business owes a refund or charges a cancellation fee.

04Plans and subscriptions

Tempo supports Free, Pro and Business feature entitlements. The plan enabled for a workspace determines access to features such as automatic Zoom meetings and business branding. A paid label or a test entitlement is not evidence of a payment or an active paid subscription.

Self-service subscription billing and payment collection are not implemented in this version. Any paid arrangement must specify price, term, renewal, taxes and cancellation conditions separately before a charge is authorized. These terms do not create automatic charges, renewal rules, or a refund policy that has not been agreed. Coming-soon features are not a commitment to a delivery date.

05Acceptable use and content

Do not use Tempo for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, deceptive bookings, or content you lack permission to use. Do not attempt to access another workspace’s information, bypass access controls or plan restrictions, misuse OAuth credentials, overload the service, or interfere with other users.

You retain rights to your business content. You authorize Tempo to process and display it as needed to provide your configured scheduling pages and related communications. You are responsible for permissions to upload logos, images, customer information and staff details. Do not put unnecessary sensitive information in notes or public descriptions. Tempo’s software and branding remain the property of their respective rights holders.

06Third-party integrations

Connecting Google Calendar or Zoom authorizes Tempo to perform the scheduling actions described during setup. You control which supported account is connected and can disconnect it. Provider terms, permissions, quotas and availability also apply; you must have permission to connect the account and share booking information with that provider.

Calendar and conferencing updates can be delayed or fail independently of a confirmed Tempo booking. A disconnected or revoked account can interrupt synchronization. Review integration status and provider-side records when necessary. Disconnecting does not automatically delete previously created external events.

Microsoft Calendar, Teams automation and other integrations marked Coming soon are not available in this version. Customer Google/Outlook add-to-calendar links and ICS downloads are separate from host calendar synchronization. Tempo does not guarantee a third-party provider’s behavior.

07Availability and changes

Tempo may be interrupted by maintenance, failures or third-party outages. There is no uptime or uninterrupted-delivery guarantee unless a separate written agreement provides one. The application checks scheduling conflicts, but hosts should monitor their bookings and keep connected schedules current.

Features may be updated or discontinued. Material changes to agreed paid services must follow the applicable agreement and mandatory law. These terms do not promise that a planned feature will be released.

08Responsibility and liability

Tempo is a scheduling platform, not the provider of the booked service, medical advice, or an emergency service. Workspaces remain responsible for their staff, service quality, prices, policies and customer relationships.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tempo does not provide implied warranties that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose, and is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct. No unagreed monetary liability cap is created by these terms.

09Cancellation, suspension and termination

You can stop using Tempo and disconnect supported integrations. Contact Tempo to request account closure or deletion; a booking cancellation is not an account deletion. Workspace owners should resolve upcoming appointments and any separately agreed obligations before closing a workspace.

Tempo may restrict or suspend access where necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material breaches. Where appropriate and feasible, notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided. Any paid-plan cancellation or remaining payment obligation follows its separately agreed terms and applicable law.

After closure, some information may remain where needed for legal obligations, security or resolving disputes. See the Privacy Policy for retention and deletion information.

10Governing terms and disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law (the laws of the Netherlands), subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other mandatory laws that may apply in the user’s country.

Contact Tempo first so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing in these terms removes access to courts or remedies protected by applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent legally permitted. A separate written agreement may specify additional terms for a particular service.
